In short

No account is needed to use Kustano. We set no tracking cookies and run no third-party advertising. We handle two kinds of data: the email address you may leave on the Garage waitlist, and privacy-preserving aggregate analytics.

Garage waitlist

If you join the waitlist, your email address is stored in our infrastructure (Cloudflare KV) for a single purpose: telling you when the Garage opens. Legal basis: your consent. It is never sold or shared. It is kept until the launch notification, or until you ask us to delete it — email [email protected] at any time.

Analytics

We use Cloudflare Web Analytics, a cookieless, privacy-first measurement tool. It gives us aggregate numbers (page views, country, browser) and does not track you across sites. No Google Analytics, no advertising pixels.

Hosting and technical logs

The site is served by Cloudflare's global network. Like any web infrastructure, Cloudflare processes standard technical logs (such as IP address and browser signature) to operate and protect the service. Data may be processed outside the EU under appropriate safeguards (standard contractual clauses).

Your rights

Under the GDPR you can request access, rectification, erasure, or restriction of your data, object to processing, and withdraw consent at any time: [email protected]. You may also lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority.

Children

This site is not directed at children under 16.

Changes

Any change to this policy will appear on this page with an updated date.
